Okay so the plot thickens.

Apparently 37 gave the guy a casting of my killer croc kit and this dude is reproducing the kit and selling it via ebay and facebook WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

What makes this whole thing even funnier is, I had sold 37 that kits prototype last year and he claimed that it got destroyed in the mail, even going as far as to send me a picture of parts rubble to prove the point, to which i reimbursed him what he had paid.

NOW hes selling this kit along with this PJ person, the same kit he said was destroyed in the mailing process, the same kit that is magically NOT DESTROYED AND IS BEING RECAST AND SOLD ONLINE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

THIS FUCKING SCUMBAG LIED TO ME ABOUT THE KIT BEING DESTROYED AND IS NOW MAKING MONEY OFF MY FUCKING WORK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?!

So yeah 37/PJ, seems like you owe me some fucking money chief!

1st the money for the prototype and then all the money you shitbags made selling my dee dee and croc kits.

Oh yeah one more wrinkle, when I asked 37 to send back the damaged parts so I could make a claim with the post office for damages, he claimed he had thrown it all away so he couldnt send it back to me.

Heres a quote from pj regarding the prototypes 

"And then the Killer Croc and Harvey Bullock arrived in hundred pieces and had to be resculpted from scratch."

and here is a picture of the piece that was recast and is being sold on ebay/facebook


Now look at the original piece partially painted and tell me if this above piece has been "resculpted from scratch".



Kinda weird that something that had to be COMPLETELY RESCULPTED looks EXACTLY THE SAME! 

So heres the bullet points for anyone who doesnt want to read me ranting the whole post.

- Sold 37 a killer croc kit.
- He claimed it was destroyed in the mail.
- I gave him a refund.
- He and PJ then recast the figure and have been selling it along with other stuff on ebay and facebook WITHOUT MY PERMISSION (OBVIOUSLY).
- Sent PJ an email on ebay and he denied everything and made a bunch of excuses about having permission etcblah blah blah.

So yeah, 37 and PJ are lying scumbag thieves so please dont buy anything from them.

he now has a website. www.pjscustomcasting.com/ whats funny is, this guy was suppose to be casting other types of sculptures but it seems like all he does is JLU and recently super powers. 37 definitely gotten him conned into making his figures to paint on the cheap for him.

I gotta be honest, this really hurts me big time.

I was lied to, stolen from both in money and in my work, and I just never thought this would happen.

Some people are greedy pieces of garbage and at some point you find out, but I just never thought I would be the one getting screwed over because the community has always been so great and looked out for each other.

I dont blame anyone here, just 37 and this PJ character, but I would ask, if you see anyone else doing something like this and selling my work please let me know because NOBODY has my permission to do so and if they are they are doing so in bad faith.

Im just really bummed out right now, and to find out on my birthday of all days just ruined that for me as well.
