American Ranger is Awesome because he's what Captain America would REALLY be like if he was unfrozen now, not All Pious & Inspiring...But Unbelievably (Yet unintentionally ) Racist and Shocking. I saw a Article awhile back about just that. It showed WWII era Comics & what the characters were like. American Ranger nails that Perfectly.
Black Saturn is a Parody of the dark Emo Version of Batman & goes on about his "Billionaire Problems"
And Titanium Rex is well...Old.
