I was thinking recently that y'all have made so many amazing custom figures, but if you had to choose one to save from a burning building... Which would you choose? I usually hate hate any artwork I do, but I think I'd choose the Deadshot I did back in (2007 I think.) smg.photobucket.com/component/Download-File?file=%2Falbums%2Fv326%2FDusty37%2FDSCFTD.png
I've made a lot of pieces. I can't narrow it down to just one favorite. Here's my top 3.
Ventriloquist, because he is mostly sculpted & I never thought I was going to be able to capture Arnold's & Scarface's look. This was a major accomplishment in my mind.
Tygrus is actually one of my favorites. I always really liked the episode. I made a terrible version of him when I first got into customizing. I decided to remake him last year. Another one that I amazed myself with sculpting. I didn't think I could pull off this head sculpt.
And last but not least, Red Hood. Love the Under the Red Hood movie & it gave me a desire to create this guy.I think this one is cool due to the fact, out of all my work, it's the most that's like an actual toy with accessories. Comes with gun, knife that fits in the sheath on his leg & swappable heads for the unmasked version. When the movie was relaeased, this should have been the figure that came with the special edition!
I guess if I could only save one thing from a burning building it would be my dog! But then when it came to customs, in reality after that I could save them all. All my BTAS my customs are on display in a showcase that I could easily grab & carry. Although my STAS customs would take a hit. Let's just hope my house is never on fire! lol

Clayface, I would have to say your Red Hood would be my favorite from what you posted but NOT my favorite over all. "Babydoll" would be my pick from your customs
kal037, I really like your Deadshot figure......
I have created over 350 figures, so I don't really have a favorite......but if I had to pick (I'm going to follow Clayface on this one & pick 3):
Babydoll was kind of one of those landmark customs also. I worked on sculpting her head for months, until I finally made one I liked. You too can have one of my Babydoll's as I have the kits for sale! Sorry a little self promotion! lol
D, you've made a lot of stuff over the years. I remember when that egg guy won COTW. My favorite out of the ones you posted is Lobo. But I think my favorites from you are Shade, Livewire, & Tar pit. I remember thinking the paint apps on Tarpit made him look like he was actually on fire.
I kind of hate y'all right now. jk... My custom are so dated and sub-par compared to everyone. lol... But Alright, I guess I'll post my other 2 favs to go along with you cheaters. lol
I need to find some time and perhaps attempt the custom I've been wanting to do for 9-10 years... Samurai Jack.

I would pick two.
Killer Croc
and
Annihilator
Croc was without question my most popular kit I ever made. This was the final version that was meant to fit into the JLU line with an updated set of legs, but either version, the TNBA or the JLU version were both pretty nice and fit well into either series of figures. Annihilator is probably the thing I did that made the biggest splash though and I felt pretty good about how it turned out. Folks seemed to enjoy it and I made a pretty limited run of them too, so it maintains a very unique place in the custom world because there are only 20 of them out there.
My most favorite is also my most recent. A lot of work went into making Amazo work, and it also challenged me to stretch and learn new talents at every phase of the project (assembly, sculpting, painting, soft goods work).
