Doctor Demonicus. Another one for the "yeah don't laugh" file like the Unicorn, the Doc is a Unbelievably Powerful Character who Marvel just blows off and ignores nowadays. The reason I remember him so avidly is he showed up in two Comics I followed intently as a boy, the Marvel Godzilla, and The Shogun Warriors. These were the only type of Characters capable of facing the Doc...as his thing was to breed Giant Rubbery Monsters in the hopes of Concurring the World. He also had a unlimited Budget and a Hydra sized Army to back the Monsters up as well. He never used the Monsters as Pawns though, and Genuinely cared for their well being. Becoming extremely upset when one would be incinerated by Godzilla or what have you. Maybe he treated them
